• Lead and execute full-cycle IPO processes (from pre‑IPO restructuring to listing)
• Manage relationships with investment banks, sponsors, auditors, legal advisors, regulators, and exchanges
• Prepare and review prospectus, financial disclosures, earnings announcements, and regulatory filings

• Develop and execute the Group’s financial strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital allocation
• Build scalable financial structures to support rapid growth, M&A, or international expansion
• Provide strategic insights to support major investment, financing, and restructuring decisions

• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting under PRC GAAP and IFRS
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance frameworks
• Lead external audits and manage relationships with Big 4 accounting firms
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements post‑IPO

• Act as the primary contact for investors, analysts, and shareholders
• Lead investor roadshows, analyst briefings, and earnings calls
• Prepare Board-level financial materials and support CEO in stakeholder communications.
• Maintain strong credibility with institutional investors and regulators

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team across China and overseas entities
• Mentor senior finance leaders and succession planning within the finance function
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and business partnership
  
  

• CPA Qualification
• Minimum 15–20 years of work experience
• Successful end to end IPO experience in HKEx
• Strong exposure to capital markets, M&A, refinancing, and investor relations
• M&A and fundraising experience is a MUST.
• Familiar with China and global market
• Deep knowledge of PRC GAAP and IFRS
• Fluent Mandarin required
