Your new company

Your new company is an international private equity fund with 10+ years of track record. They are currently looking for a Finance Director (Defacto CFO) who is interested in growing with the fund as they continue to fund raise and launch new funds.

Your new role

In your new role you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all aspects of the mid-back office function
• Assisting with Fund Raising
• Assisting with transactions

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed you will need:

• Prior experience working within Private Equity Funds / Venture Capital Funds
• Willingness to be the RO is a plus
• Prior experience fundraising is a plus
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
