Your new role
- Support business risk and control functions across private banking / wealth management.
- Perform risk assessments and monitor key controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to investment suitability reviews and client risk profiling processes.
- Support compliance reviews, audit activities, and internal investigations
- Identify control gaps and recommend improvements to enhance risk management frameworks.
- Work closely with front office, compliance, and control teams on risk-related matters.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g. SFC / HKMA).
What you’ll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years of experience in risk, compliance, audit, or relevant experience within banking or audit firms.
- Investment suitability experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and control frameworks.
- Good analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
