Your new company

• An international Bank's Global Market Business is looking for a Business Manager to support their front office. Their product coverage spreads across Fixed Income, FX, Equity Derivatives and some Commodities.
• This is a Fixed Term Contract position, candidates with immediate availabilities will be highly preferred.

Your new role

• Act as a coordination point for key information flows and exchanges with multiple stakeholders/business partners and respond to frequent urgent business initiatives/information requests
• Maintain team performance and reporting data to enable ongoing monitoring and reporting of the business to stakeholders.
• Support the team to maintain and to update performance and information dashboards, also support them providing presentation decks.
• Assist with ongoing activities, including KPI definitions and capacity follow-up.
• Utilise relationships with Senior Management to ensure key projects are effectively supported.
• Lead ad hoc projects required by front office.

What you'll need to succeed

• Over 7 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income, preferably in Rates and/or FX products/markets, with a solid understanding of these areas.
• Comfortable working with senior Global Markets employees in Sales and Trading
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
