We are partnering with an esteemed event organiser that hosts one of the largest web3/crypto events in the industry. Our client is seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Business Development Manager/Director to join their Hong Kong operations. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of an exciting and rapidly growing sector.


Your Role

As the Business Development Manager/Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through identifying strategic partnerships and selling sponsorship opportunities for the web3/crypto event. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the event's reach and ensuring its continued success. Additionally, for candidates with more experience, there is the potential to take on a team leadership role, providing guidance and support to a high-performing sales team.


What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in event/exhibition sales, with a proven track record of identifying partnership opportunities and successfully selling event sponsorships. Your existing network and knowledge within the AI or crypto industry will be a significant advantage, enabling you to leverage connections and capitalise on market trends. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential to engaging with high-profile clients and industry leaders.
