Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess system gaps against Authority Guidelines, focusing on life insurance regulatory requirements.
- Translate regulatory and business needs into clear requirements for Life Policy Administration / Policy Services systems.
- Lead business analysis for system enhancement initiatives, including requirement gathering, impact analysis, UAT, and implementation support.
- Support AI and digital transformation projects within life insurance, ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance standards.
- Work closely with Life Operations, Compliance, IT, and vendors to ensure successful and compliant solution delivery.
- Prepare clear documentation and provide effective communication across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of Business Analyst experience within life insurance or insurance-focused financial services.
- Solid understanding of HKIA Guidelines and life insurance regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Life Policy Administration / Policy Services systems.
- Proven experience in system enhancement or transformation projects.
- Exposure to AI, automation, or digital initiatives in a regulated environment is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and documentation skills.
