Your new role

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Assist in mapping and improving insurance workflows, processes, and systems.
• Support data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational enhancement.
• Prepare user stories, functional specifications, and test cases for system enhancements.

What you'll need to succeed

• 1–2 years of experience in insurance, business analysis, operations, actuarial support, or internships in related areas. Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
• Basic understanding of insurance products or processes (life/general/health).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Power BI, or other analytics tools is a plus.
