Your new role
Your duties include:
- Collect and document business requirements from different teams.
- Translate business needs into clear instructions for IT and other departments.
- Help manage business planning, product development and test plans from idea to launch.
- Work with IT to ensure systems are set up correctly for new projects.
- Prepare documents, reports, and materials for internal reviews.
- Assist with UAT for end-to-end project delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant disciplines
- 3 Years of Project or Business Analyst experience in the Insurance industry
- Familiar with project management processes
- Eagerness to learn and develop
- Strong communication skills
