Brand Manager (Supplement)

Your new role

As the Brand Manager and reporting to Marketing Manager, you will lead end‑to‑end brand management while driving key growth pillar initiatives across Hong Kong.

Brand Strategy & Communication
  • Lead annual brand strategy development for Hong Kong
  • Drive integrated ATL/BTL communication plans to build awareness, trial, and conversion
  • Develop consumer‑ and shopper‑centric communication with clear KPIs and insight‑based planning
P&L and Budget Ownership
  • Own the full brand P&L, including revenue forecasts, pricing, and margin management
  • Manage A&P budget allocation to maximise ROI and campaign effectiveness
  • Track brand performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
New Product Development (NPD) & Innovation
  • Lead end‑to‑end NPD lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and P&L modelling for new initiatives
  • Develop GTM strategies in partnership with supply chain, regulatory, and commercial teams
  • Drive pre‑ and post‑launch reviews to ensure continuous improvement
Portfolio & Category Management
  • Shape long‑term portfolio strategy and category growth plans
  • Optimise product assortment through SKU rationalisation and prioritisation
  • Analyse category trends, competitive movements, and consumer behaviour for strategic decision‑making

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand management, ideally within healthcare or FMCG sectors

  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to execute day‑to‑day brand operations

  • Proven P&L ownership and commercial acumen

  • Experience managing integrated ATL/BTL communications and NPD processes

  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration. Creative, open‑minded, and results‑driven, with the agility to navigate ambiguity.

  • Independent, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Demonstrated passion for business growth and a track record of generating and converting opportunities
