Our client is a boutique European bank which specialises in providing personalised financial services to high-net-worth individuals and families. They are now seeking a seasoned Head of Wealth Management to join their team in Hong Kong. He/She will play a crucial role in leading and growing the wealth management business, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and driving overall business success.

Your new role

Lead wealth management business for the HK-based subsidiary of the European bank
Onboard clients from HK, China, and Taiwan via introduction to the Europe headquarter of the Bank or via an EAM agreement with the Bank’s local partnerships
Implement the Bank's strategy in collaboration with headquarter and subsidiaries.
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and guidelines, and mitigate risks.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are highly desirable.
2. Extensive experience as a relationship manager in private banking, preferably with a senior wealth management leadership role within the financial services industry
3. In-depth knowledge of wealth management products, investment strategies, and financial planning techniques for high-net-worth clients.
