You will be working with a fast paced, established foreign investment bank as part of the Benefits – Health and Wellbeing Associate
Your new role
- To answer queries, provide support to employees/HR Business Partners on Firm benefit programs and resources
- To liaise with Health and Wellbeing related vendors to resolve issues, monitor invoice processes and review vendor performance in line with agreed SLAs
- To help coordinate and execute local and regional related events, for example, face to face or virtual webinars/trainings designed to meet the needs of employees, managers and/or other stakeholders
- To collaborate with other HR functions, employee led networks and wellbeing influencers in delivering targeted programs and communication
- To work closely with various internal departments on communications and promotional campaigns (emails, posters, etc.)
- To collate and analyze available data, such as utilization and satisfaction information to assess program effectiveness and to identify trends or areas for development
- To assist in identifying opportunities and designing/implementing new programs
- To maintain and keep up to date an internal intranet site for employees
- To support the Team on other benefits related activities as applicable
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in the health and wellbeing space, preferably in Human Resources or consulting/insurance sector
- Strong communication skills, ability to build relationship with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Looking for a self starter with good attention to details and vendor management, project management skills.
