Your new role

Deliver excellent customer service with warmth and professionalism. Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Stay updated on beverage knowledge, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and tea
• Assist guest with taking orders and provide menu recommendations
• Ensure efficient delivery of drinks and snacks according to specifications
• Address bespoke drink requests and maintain customer satisfaction
• Maintain lounge cleanliness and uphold stock levels.

What you'll need to succeed

• Right to work in Hong Kong
• Minimum age of 18
• Relevant working experience in catering hospitality, fine dining, sizeable luxury hotel, lounge, airport or in similar capacity is an advantage
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktail, is an advantage
• Proficient in English
• Good team player, and customer-oriented attitude
• Flexible to working in different working hours and overtime if needed
