A leading investment bank is looking for a middle-to-senior level bond trader in the fixed income division.

Your new role

• Make markets in the secondary bond market by quoting prices and helping clients trade smoothly.

• Give clients quotes and trading services for foreign exchange and interest rate products.

• Share market updates and team up with sales to grow business opportunities.

• Take part in trading to generate profit and prepare regular reports on the market and performance.

• Keep trading risks under control and follow all internal rules and legal requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Economics, Finance or a related business discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years in fixed-income trading with exposure to bond products.

• Strong understanding of financial market instruments and compliance requirements set by regulatory authorities.

• Holders of, or eligible to apply for, SFC licences under RA1 and RA4.

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Mandarin.
