Your new role
- Manage the HRMS design and perform regular assessments and improvements to ensure the HR systems work properly
- Work closely with various internal stakeholders and external vendor to identify business needs and requirements and design comprehensive solutions
- Ensure company policies and practices are in compliance with related local ordinances
- Develop and provide regular and ad-hoc human resources MIS reports for different business requirements
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years data analysis experience in HR function, project management experience
- Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Business Management or other related disciplines
- Familiar with PeopleSoft HCM system is a privilege;
- Excellent programming with MS Access VBA, MS Excel VBA and Hyperion
- Multi-tasked, resourceful and strong prioritization skill
- Ability to engage stakeholders at senior level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English
