Your new role
- Assist the financial reporting manager in overseeing the financial reporting process and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial information to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and regulatory filings in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP
- Perform variance analysis and provide commentary on the financial performance and position of the company
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures, and identify and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide support during audit engagements
- Perform ad-hoc finance project responsibilities
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you require:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 Years of Financial Reporting, Accounting or Audit Experience (Big 4 candidates will be considered)
- Experience in Insurance industry is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Have a teamwork mindset with eagerness to learn and develop together
