Our client is a listed retail brand over worldwide. They are now looking for an Assistant Manager for ESG to expand the team.

Your new role

• Responsible for compiling the ESG report and relevant disclosure documents, managing the media platforms, preparing presentation materials, compiling ESG-related media materials and awards application
• Supporting the implementation of group’s sustainability plans and programs, arranging and attending sustainability-related meetings, preparing replies and questionnaires for various ESG ratings
• Working closely with other teams and leading the projects such as ESG data management, media tour, photo shooting, conducting research to identify latest sustainability trends and opportunities, and performing administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Sustainability, Environmental Studies or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of which report writing is a must, relevant sustainability experiences is highly preferrable

• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, multi-task to manage priorities
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and written in English and Chinese
