Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing, Conglomerate, E-com Platform

Our client is looking for a high calibre to join their company.

Your new role

  • Responsible for driving digital strategy for website, social media, and online platforms
  • Formulate effective strategies to drive acquisition, retention and engagement on multi-channels
  • Analysing customer behaviour and engagement patterns; utilise insights to advise and make data-driven decisions and propose marketing tactics including targeted offers and personalised rewards
  • Developing creative digital marketing ideas, content and carrying out A/B tests
  • Evaluating the campaign performance and effectiveness; providing insights to drive and optimize KPIs (i.e. traffic, engagement, conversion, ROAS) in various digital marketing funnels for the business
  • Developing all marketing communications and social media campaigns in collaboration with the creative team and product team to ensure all promotions are planned and executed on schedule
  • Preparing reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, CRM and loyalty programs
  • Developing and monitoring campaign budgets

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor of Marketing or related disciplines
  • 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, social media and CRM
  • Prefer candidate's background from e-commerce, online or fast-paced platform or industries
  • Demonstrated experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content creation and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
  • Experience in managing joint promotions with partners, and ability to negotiate beneficial partnership terms
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and PowerBI, coupled with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets
  • Data-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Possess strong business acumen, with a sound understanding of customer loyalty and engagement
  • Proactive, independent, and results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken in English and Cantonese
  • Experienced talent would be considered as Manager role
