Your new role

• Be in charge of the firm's credit collection and controlling processes
• Perform debt collection and follow-up on cases
• Handle regular reporting and data analysis
• Ensure workflow meets control requirements
• Liaise with different departments across the firm and relevant parties
• Report to the Department head

What you'll need to succeed

• Educational degree
• 4 years of relevant credit or debt controlling and collection experience
• Self-starter mindset and ability to work independently
• Interest in partnering with stakeholders of the business
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
