Assistant Legal Counsel, In-house

Your new company
Our client is a well-established business with over 100 years of history in Hong Kong. Due to rapid expansion, they are currently looking for an Assistant Legal Counsel to join their dynamic team.
Your new role
- Review and draft a wide range of commercial contracts including but not limited to purchase, IT services, data protection, marketing materials
- Provide legal support and timely advice to various business lines
- Liaise and manage external legal counsels
- Participate in any assigned ad hoc projects
What you'll need to succeed
- Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 5 years of PQE
- Preferably legal experience gained from sizeable companies/ in-house environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
