Work closely with different teams and provide strategic and financial analysis and advices on the performance of business
Partner with respective budget owners to drive efficient and effective budget planning and control and hands-on in preparing budget presentation and market review
Support Country Manager to kick off monthly review process including identified the risk and opportunities with recommendation to various stakeholders
Provide the insights on the variation on the key cost components such as gross margin, commercial costs, communication costs, etc
Formulate the monthly targets to stores and initiate incentives
Work with retail leaders to make sure the internal compliance and operational control at the boutiques level
Requirements
Finance / Accounting qualification with above 7 years of work experiences in multinational companies
Relevant experience in Retail / FMCG industry will be added advantage
Good team member with positive mindset, result-oriented and goal-driven
Strong business acumen, and able to translate number into action and follow through with business owner
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to work under multi-tasking environment and be flexible in adapting to changing priorities
