Our client is one of the leading life and health insurers. They are now looking for an assistant claims manager for their medical team.

Your new role

• Handle major claims case assessment, assess inpatient reimbursement cases
• Support manger to manage claims team's daily operations and coach the new joiners
• Review and enhance claims practice and guidelines
• Support for new initiative for system enhancement

What you'll need to succeed

• Over 4 years medical claims/ operations experience in insurance firm/ TPA/ health care centre
• Solid experience and knowledge of medical claims
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as senior officer
