Your new role

• Handle accounting operations (with a focus on AR+GL) and prepare monthly reports.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to management.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
• Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain accounts receivable and revenue accounting records for regional corporate entities, including reconciliation of system interfaces, preparation of journal entries, and supporting schedules.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
• Knowledge in SAP is a must
