• Assist in requirements analysis, design, and programming activities.
• Transform business requirements into functional and system specifications.
• Leading offshore developers
• Undertake system development, including programming, testing, implementation and related system maintenance, enhancements, and support tasks.
• Conduct internal SIT and UAT support (Troubleshooting & bug fix)
• Daily BAU support
• Develop and implement DevOps processes, practices, and tools to improve the speed, quality, and reliability of software deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• At least 3 years' experience in application development
• Solid experience in DataBricks, Python, Power BI, MS SQL database, MS SQL programming, Autosys, Java, SAP BO and Crystal Report.
• Experience with version control, branching, and collaboration on GitHub, CICD, DevOps, etc.
• Customer-focused with strong system analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Asset management domain knowledge is a plus.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
