Your new role

• To run system integration/upgrade projects on continuous improvement for business process and underlying technologies and system support
• To develop apps or dashboards to support customer ad-hoc needs.
• To update the system documentation
• To support the Business Intelligence technical needs

• Work Order System development and support
• Reports and dashboards development for Work Order System and IoT
• System Integration between Work Order System and IoT
• HR workflow development
• System Integration between Work Order System and Robotics

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent work experience

• At least 2-5 years of business system support / analyst experience is preferred
• Hands on experience with system analysis and design
• Knowledge of System development by OutSystems, PowerBI, API (REST) & TSQL is must
• Knowledge in IoT and Robotics is preferred
• Excellent troubleshooting and system analysis
