Your new role

• Lead and be responsible for conducting company marketing strategies, including formulating annual marketing plan, and marketing materials including presentation deck, brochure and banner
• Support merchandising (account management) team for meeting deck, presentation, marketing intelligence sharing deck, etc
• Drive an effective go-to-market process by partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. Collaborate with them efficiently and accurate completion of multiple projects simultaneously;
• Develop direct reports towards brand’s strategic vision and business objectives;

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of solid Marketing / Sales Planning experience in a similar role in the retail / manufacturing/ lingerie/ womenwear industry, preferably within a multi-site environment
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiar with graphics output, knowledge in software packages including Adobe illustrator, photoshop is a must.
• Video editing skills preferred, solid knowledge in Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint
• Superior communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Agile and positive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Can work under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
• True team player with a strong sense of initiative and a “can do” attitude
• Speak fluent in English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
