• Assist and ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructure
• Manage end-point support activities, including resolving technical issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and providing timely and effective solutions to users.
• Provide network support by monitoring network performance, configuring network devices, and ensuring network security and stability.
• Coordinate and manage daily procurement processes, including hardware and software acquisition, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
• Handle billing processing related to IT services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoicing and payment tracking.
• Prepare and monitor the IT budget, working closely with the finance department to ensure cost-effective utilisation of IT resources.
• Manage facility-related aspects within the campuses, such as coordinating maintenance and repairs for IT equipment and managing inventory control.
• Maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in managing IT operations, preferably in an educational or multi-campus environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in end-point support, network support, and IT infrastructure management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficient in procurement and vendor management processes.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
