Your new role

• Develop, document and maintain guidelines for task and project management processes
• Monitor and update internal procedures, ensuring timely communication to relevant stakeholders
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing detailed reports with actionable insights
• Provide regular updates on project and task progress to regional headquarters (RHQ)
• Act as a key liaison point between local teams and RHQ on project queries and operational matters
• Support the development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) alongside task team leaders
• Identify project risks and delays, proposing practical solutions to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and coordinate regular progress review sessions
• Organise workshops and training sessions to enhance process understanding and execution across teams
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within the freight forwarding industry
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks
• Understanding of international freight forwarding operations and process improvement concepts
• Strong analytical skills to assess project progress, risks, and issues
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of MS Project will be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to translate business needs into structured processes and actionable plans
• Proactive, well-organised and detail-oriented with a positive learning attitude.
• A team player with strong ownership and a results-driven mindset
• Candidates available immediately will be highly preferred.
