Your new role

• Support operation and customer services team
• Handling admin backlogs
• Data entry and clearing up data
• Communicate with clients for information and documentations update if necessary
• Assist in Ad Hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Knowledgable in data entry and providing admin support
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written), Cantonese and/or Putonghua
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
