Your new role

• Oversee and lead team for daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Monitor performance against budgets and provide financial analysis to support decision-making
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and leadership, to ensure alignment on financial goals and strategies
• Continuously improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Prepare regular report to stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA is required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting management, preferably in a service provider environment
• Experience with Excel, preferably handled high transaction volume business before
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring accounting professionals
