Your new company

This international large Asset Management firm is looking for a responsible and outgoing person to join their finance team in Hong Kong. You will be assisting the directors within the company, and working closely with service providers to ensure Accounting work is completed. They are looking for candidates with Accounts Payable / Fund Administration / Company Secretarial experience.

Your new role

• Coordinate with directors, fund administrators and external accountants to prepare management accounts and arrange payments
• Upload monthly journal entries into the system
• Coordinate with company secretaries for SPV setup and liquidation
• Assist in account openings, closures and KYC/AML requests
• Support year-end audits by preparing supporting documentation
• Ad-hoc tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in preferably Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills, attentive to details
• Fluent in English and Chinese
