We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in the financial software and virtual data room industry. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of sales or account management experience and fluency in both English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and close new business opportunities through various sales channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Develop and implement account plans for key clients to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best possible service and support to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities, and provide valuable insights to the management team.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the financial software or virtual data room industry.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing new business.
