Your new role

• Lead and manage a portfolio of operations programmes and projects, ensuring alignment with evolving business priorities.
• Drive the Hub Operations Performance Plan in accordance with regional strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee implementation and enhancement of global and regional systems, ensuring alignment with local operational and regulatory requirements
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver customised operational solutions for key accounts
• Monitor hub performance KPIs, identify gaps, and implement improvement initiatives across functions.
• Collaborate with airport authorities and relevant government bodies on infrastructure and facility development projects
• Ensure compliance with global SOPs, ISO standards, and quality management systems
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory and corporate standards
• Oversee operational training programmes and staff certification frameworks
• Manage stakeholder engagement, including senior management visits and VIP delegations.
• Foster a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement, and cost discipline
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to drive engagement and operational results.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ experience within logistics, aviation, transportation, or multinational environments
• At least 5 years in a leadership capacity managing teams and complex operations
• Strong expertise in operations management, systems implementation, and programme/project management
• Proven track record in driving operational improvements within a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving capabilities and business acumen
• High level of data literacy with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Strong stakeholder management experience across cross-functional and external parties
• Highly proficient in digital tools and operational systems
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese required, Putonghua preferred)\
