A well-established engineering services provider specialising in maintenance, aftersales support, and technical solutions for building systems. The company has a strong presence in Hong Kong, supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial and infrastructure projects. With a focus on service quality and long-term client relationships, it offers stable career development and continuous training for its engineering team. They are now looking for an (Assistant) Service Engineer to support their business growth with main responsibility for tendering support, client-facing and service operations.

Your new role

• Support aftersales service and maintenance activities for building systems and equipment

• Assist in preparing quotations, tender submissions, and related documentation in line with internal procedures

• Participate in site inspections, material sourcing, and renewal of service/maintenance contracts

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project quality, progress, and compliance

• Monitor job completion status, support invoicing, and follow up on payment processes

• Undertake ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma or above in Engineering or a related discipline

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in service operations, maintenance, or technical sales preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Chinese word processing

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Engineer level.

• Immediate availability is an advantage.
