The company delivers integrated E&M and technology-driven solutions across large-scale projects, working closely with government bodies, consultants, and major contractors. Your new role

• Lead and manage the full tendering process, including EOI, pre-qualification and formal submissions, ensuring high-quality and competitive proposals.

• Develop tender strategies and coordinate cross-functional teams to align technical, commercial and programme inputs

• Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, consultants and subcontractors to drive timely and effective submission outcomes.

• Maintain tender documentation, records and databases to track pipeline, progress and success rates

• Support business development initiatives and contribute to bid planning and market positioning

• Assist in regulatory submissions, licencing applications and professional accreditations where required.

• Ensure smooth coordination during tender-to-project handover and support early-stage project mobilisation

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in E&M or engineering project tendering, with exposure to large-scale infrastructure or building projects

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end tender processes and coordinating multidisciplinary teams

• Familiarity with government or major contractor projects is highly preferred.

• Strong commercial awareness, organisational skills and attention to detail

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels

• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a senior engineer-level role.

• 45–65 x 12 months + bonus
