The company delivers integrated E&M and technology-driven solutions across large-scale projects, working closely with government bodies, consultants, and major contractors. Your new role
Lead and manage the full tendering process, including EOI, pre-qualification and formal submissions, ensuring high-quality and competitive proposals.
Develop tender strategies and coordinate cross-functional teams to align technical, commercial and programme inputs
Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, consultants and subcontractors to drive timely and effective submission outcomes.
Maintain tender documentation, records and databases to track pipeline, progress and success rates
Support business development initiatives and contribute to bid planning and market positioning
Assist in regulatory submissions, licencing applications and professional accreditations where required.
Ensure smooth coordination during tender-to-project handover and support early-stage project mobilisation
What you'll need to succeed
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in E&M or engineering project tendering, with exposure to large-scale infrastructure or building projects
Proven experience in managing end-to-end tender processes and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
Familiarity with government or major contractor projects is highly preferred.
Strong commercial awareness, organisational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
Candidates with less experience may be considered for a senior engineer-level role.
