  • Leverage Mandarin language skills to communicate effectively with key stakeholders
• Build FP&A Capability
  • Establish and develop FP&A processes, frameworks, and reporting structures
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles
• Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Deliver accurate financial forecasts, variance analysis, and performance reporting
  • Identify risks and opportunities to optimize business performance

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline (strong academic background preferred)
• 8–12 years of experience in FP&A / commercial finance, ideally within B2C sectors
• Proven track record in business partnering and influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience in the China market is highly preferred
• Fluency in Chinese and English is a must
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
