Our client is a well-established international trading company with its own fashion footwear brand, operating across global markets. With a strong footprint in both retail and e-commerce channels, the business is continuing to expand its international presence and digital capabilities, particularly in online traffic acquisition and brand visibility.
Your Role
As a key member of the digital team, you will drive online traffic growth and brand awareness across global markets, with a strong focus on SEO, AI-driven search optimisation, and social content strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic and search engine rankings globally
- Lead AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) initiatives, optimising content for AI-powered search engines and assistants
- Plan and execute content marketing strategies, including website content, blogs, and landing pages.
- Drive social media performance across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, focusing on engagement and growth
- Analyse website traffic and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEO platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing with product launches and brand strategy
- Stay updated on the latest trends in SEO, AI search, and social commerce, and introduce innovative ideas
What you’ll need to succeed
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, focusing on SEO and content-driven growth
- Strong hands-on experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
- Exposure to or knowledge of AEO / AI-driven search optimisation (e.g., ChatGPT, voice search, generative search)
- Proven experience managing social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok
- Familiarity with international markets or global campaigns is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for fashion, e-commerce, or lifestyle industries
