Your new role
As a Data & Document Specialist, you will handle day-to-day document processing tasks and ensure information is accurate, support internal stakeholders with document-related queries, and help maintain smooth and efficient workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review, prepare, and scan incoming client documents.
- Perform data entry and indexing to ensure accuracy in systems.
- Archive and retrieve documents in line with internal processes.
- Handle document-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Support internal stakeholders with administrative and document tasks.
- Operate scanning and imaging equipment for document processing.
- Ensure quality checks and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist in improving workflows and maintaining efficient processes.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with admin/office experience.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
- Basic skills in MS Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills in Cantonese and English.
- Able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
