Our client is a well-established fashion trading firm with a strong focus on fashion accessories, serving renowned customers across international markets. With a reputation for quality, reliability, and trend-driven product development, the business continues to grow and is now seeking an experienced Division Merchandising Manager to lead and expand one of its key divisions.

Your Role
This is a senior leadership position where you will take ownership of end-to-end merchandising operations while driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Your Role
  • Lead and manage merchandising, design, and shipping teams to deliver full product life cycle execution from sourcing and development through bulk production.
  • Oversee customer requirements to ensure all design, quality, pricing, and delivery standards are met
  • Serve as the primary contact for key customers, building long-term partnerships and supporting seasonal programmes to drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with factories and internal stakeholders to manage production workflows, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Proactively explore and develop new customer and supplier relationships to support future business expansion
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Textile and Apparel or a related discipline
  • At least 10 years of solid experience within a fashion trading or buying office environment, with strong exposure to US and European markets
  • Proven expertise in fashion handbags and accessories production
  • Strong technical knowledge with a good grasp of materials, construction methods, and manufacturing processes
  • Leadership mindset with excellent communication and coordination skills
