Our client is a well-established trading company specialising in luxury cosmetic packaging, with multiple offices across the globe. Known for delivering premium and innovative packaging solutions to international beauty brands, they are continuously expanding their business. To support ongoing growth, they are now looking for a Merchandiser (Secondary Packaging) to join their Hong Kong office.

Your Role
As a Merchandiser (Secondary Packaging), you will be responsible for managing secondary packaging projects from concept development through production, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and global clients.

Your Role
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand clients’ briefs and packaging requirements.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and suppliers to develop suitable secondary packaging solutions
  • Liaise with factories on product specifications, sampling, and production follow-up
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, cost targets, and quality standards are met
  • Monitor production progress and resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery

What you’ll need to succeed
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in handling secondary packaging items
  • Solid experience with high-end setup boxes, paper boxes, bags, pouches, and related accessories
  • Good knowledge of production processes and materials for luxury packaging
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised, and capable of managing multiple projects
