Your new role

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations in line with established SOPs and service level agreements
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to ensure operational targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate operational data into actionable insights and communicate performance, risks, and improvement initiatives clearly to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment with service expectations and delivery
• Proactively identify potential operational risks and implement mitigation plans to minimise customer impact
• Manage escalations effectively, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, regional teams, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of operations across the network
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, service quality, and overall performance
• Identify opportunities for service enhancement and value creation, supporting account growth and long-term customer retention
• Support business reviews with customers by providing structured updates on performance, insights, and improvement plans.
• Ensure effective planning and prioritisation of workload to meet account requirements and business objectives
• Contribute to the development of internal capabilities through knowledge sharing and collaboration with team members
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or Control Tower operations within a 3PL environment
• Proven experience in key account management and handling regional or global customers
• Strong operational knowledge with the ability to manage end-to-end supply chain activities
• Demonstrated analytical capability with experience in interpreting performance data and driving improvements
• Familiar with data tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage risks, escalations, and service issues effectively
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and external customers
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Fluent spoken and written English; Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Junior candidates will also be considered as officers or senior officers.
