Your new role
Served as Project Leader overseeing planning, execution and delivery of major civil or infrastructure works.
Manage the full project life cycle including programme, cost control, quality assurance, safety management and risk mitigation.
Lead multi‑disciplinary site and project teams; coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and government stakeholders.
Handle contract administration, variations, claims and technical submissions in accordance with contract requirements.
Interface directly with works department, client and operational stakeholders, ensuring compliance with stringent access, safety and operational protocols.
Provide ongoing management reporting, progress reviews and constructibility input to senior management.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
Solid experience delivering public works or large-scale infrastructure projects in Hong Kong, gained from main contractors and/or consultancies.
Post qualification for min. 10 years
Proven track record in full project cycle management with Airport Authorities, CEDD, HyD, DSD, WSD, TD
Project experience ideally with third runway, marine works, reclamation, dredging, piling, seawall, DCM, roads, bridges, utilities
Strong leadership, coordination and commercial awareness
Good command of English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
Immediate or short‑notice availability is preferred for certain project streams.
Candidates with less experience could be considered as Project Manager.
What you'll get in return
80–150k x 12 months + bonus
