• An expanding Securities Services company is looking for a Senior Investment Strategist.

Your new role

• Lead Hong Kong and U.S. equity market strategy, producing high‑quality macro, sector, and asset allocation views
• Develop and define the firm’s core strategy frameworks, rating methodologies, and market outlooks
• Conduct in‑depth company research, management interviews, and on‑site due diligence
• Serve as the final professional gatekeeper on major strategy and fundamental research outputs

• Act as the firm’s senior investment spokesperson across media, programs, events, and digital channels. Such as on TVB, Now, Phoenix, etc.
• Appear in investment programs, documentaries, and thought‑leadership content as the firm’s representative strategist
• Build a trusted, professional public profile that enhances corporate credibility and brand recognition

• Translate investment insights into actionable strategies that support client asset growth and inflows
• Participate in key market briefings, live market sessions, and strategy updates to drive engagement and conversion
• Provide professional support to wealth advisors for ultra‑high‑net‑worth and private clients
• Act as a lead speaker for closed‑door strategy meetings, client forums, and professional investment events

• Embed strategic thinking into investment products, advisory services, and educational tools
• Collaborate with product, research, and content teams to ensure strategy is commercially effective
• Deliver internal training and mentorship, raising the overall investment capability of the organization

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years’ experience as a senior or chief strategist at a leading investment bank or brokerage firm
• Track record of publicly available market views with verifiable accuracy
• Extensive experience in media appearances, financial programs, or public speaking
• High personal credibility, recognisable professional style, and IP‑branding potential
• Cross‑market expertise (Hong Kong, U.S., and China equities) is a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage senior corporate executives (CEO/CFO level)
• Confident on‑camera presence; articulate, composed, and credible in live or recorded settings
• Deep understanding of securities brokerage and wealth management business models
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken Chinese Cantonese, Mandarin and English
