Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Officer / Senior Associate in Loan Operations to support and manage end-to-end loan operations activities.

Your new role

• Manage end-to-end loan origination, administration, and enforcement activities.

• Liaise with and oversee the performance of appointed agents.

• Prepare regular reports and operational data.

• Support ad-hoc operational tasks, projects, and process improvement initiatives.

• Ensure all loan operations are conducted in full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  
  What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mortgage loan operations

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

• Detail-minded, proactive, and a strong team player with a positive mindset.
