Your new role

• Support the Commercial Manager in post‑contract management for multiple civil/ building projects.
• Prepare, assess, and negotiate variations (VO), claims, and final accounts with clients and consultants.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, and cost control to ensure commercial performance aligns with project targets.
• Handle subcontract administration, including interim payments, VO assessment, and cost reconciliation.
• Assist in commercial reporting, contractual correspondence, and dispute avoidance as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• 8+ years’ relevant experience in quantity surveying within contractor environments.
• Solid experience in post‑contract management, including VO, claims, and final account negotiation.
• Proven exposure to civil and building projects, ideally handling multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong contractual knowledge and familiarity with standard forms used in Hong Kong projects.
• Detail‑oriented, commercially astute, with good communication and negotiation skills.
