An opportunity has arisen for an Executive Personal Assistant to Director, a high‑trust and high‑exposure role supporting a senior executive on both professional and selected social engagements.
Your new role
- Provide full spectrum personal and administrative support to the Director
- Manage complex schedules, meetings, and ad‑hoc executive requests
- Organise, coordinate, and attend business and social dinners with the Director as required
- Plan and execute company‑wide events and internal functions
- Prepare reports, summaries, and management documentation
- Maintain 24/7 standby availability in line with the Director’s schedule
(primarily Monday to Friday; evenings and weekends as required)
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a PA / Senior PA or in a similar executive support role
- High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and professionalism
- Comfortable and confident in social and business‑dining environments
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Flexible, resilient, and able to work in a fast‑paced executive setting
