A global banking group is seeking a Client Solutions Coordinator to support their team on an initial 6‑month contract.

Your new role

• Contribute to the platform migration program by coordinating tasks, schedules, and documentation related to client onboarding, connectivity validation, and system implementation.
• Maintain and update project documentation using Confluence, Jira, and other standard productivity tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams — including Commercial, Sales, Development Management, IT, Risk, Compliance, and global counterparts — to ensure onboarding and project deliverables are completed efficiently and on time.
• Handle daily coordination for projects involving trading platforms, new market integrations, regulatory requirements, and operational risk initiatives.
• Monitor action items, prepare progress updates, and ensure documentation and workflow processes remain clear and up to date.
• Assist with change management by ensuring all supporting teams are informed, aligned, and ready for implementation activities and environment preparation.

What you'll need to succeed

• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, UAT tester, operations, PMO functions, client onboarding, or other related roles.

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable level of higher education.

• Preferred (not essential) foundational knowledge of: Electronic trading platforms, FIX messaging protocol, OMS / EMS / ISV integration workflows, End‑to‑end order and trade processing.

• A solid general understanding of financial markets and market infrastructure is beneficial.

• Basic exposure to IT operational risk, technology control frameworks, or governance practices is advantageous.

• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and seniority levels.

• Well‑organized and detail‑oriented, capable of managing several workstreams simultaneously and thriving in a fast‑moving, technical environment.
