In charge of all commercial‑related functions—across the organisation’s maintenance and project business units. This position plays a vital role in enforcing strong cost discipline, and ensuring sound contract governance to support long‑term business growth.
Your new role
- Provide overall leadership for commercial‑related functions to achieve solid financial and operational performance.
- Develop tendering frameworks and guide pricing strategies, cost assessments, subcontracting models, and risk provisions.
- Work closely with senior leadership, operations, and finance teams to align commercial priorities and support major business initiatives and client relationships.
- Oversee the procurement cycle and QS activities, e.g. supplier assessment, cost estimation, price negotiation, subcontractor appointment
- Manage contract administration, including claims handling, commercial negotiations, variation management, and dispute resolution.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or similar disciplines.
- At least 12+ years of relevant experience in building maintenance, minor works, or E&M projects, including strong team management exposure.
- Professional chartership (HKIS / RICS) is an advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
