An ELV specialist contractor is expanding their operations in Hong Kong. They are looking for a young ELV Services Assistant Manager/ Manager candidate with strong business acumen to join their service team and take the lead on service management. The role priority is to manage ELV repair and maintenance operations with their clients and to expand their services pro-folio and discover potential business opportunities to grow the account.

Your new role

• Responsible for ELV repair and maintenance operations, technical support and labour planning for assigned clients and areas.

• Assist the sales team in discovering upsell opportunities with existing clients.

• Maintain a high service delivery level and client satisfaction level

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor Degree or above in electrical/ electronics/ mechanical/ building services engineering

• 7 years or above working experience, preferable in repair & maintenance/ service operations position

• Solid knowledge of ELV

• Strong business acumen and communication skills
