Your new role

• Develop the strategic roadmap for community and elderly care services in line with corporate goals.
• Lead the Section in executing initiatives outlined in the strategic business plan.
• Manage administration, governance, and performance to ensure services operate within resources and meet financial targets.
• Establish policies and guidelines for Section governance.
• Monitor and analyse trends in community care, senior housing, and social innovation to inform strategy.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with government bodies, professional associations, academic institutions, and social service organisations to foster partnerships.
• Promote community bonding and intergenerational harmony through tenant support programs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, or a Healthcare-related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience, with 10 years in senior management
• Strong leadership with the ability to negotiate and collaborate across all levels.
• Visionary in developing strategies for community and elderly care services.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills to drive initiatives through collaboration.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
