Your new role
- Manage HubSales CRM system: Ensure data accuracy, generate reports for forecasting, and train team members on system usage.
- Build and maintain customer relationships: Drive retention, respond to enquiries, and acquire new customers for business growth.
- Handle customer service and after-sales support: Address feedback, resolve service issues, and implement initiatives to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with Operations: Coordinate order execution, communicate customer requirements, and resolve operational challenges impacting experience.
- Support management and projects: Provide data analysis, reports, presentations, and assist with cross-departmental tasks and ad hoc duties.
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–6 years in Marketing/Sales, preferably in CRM-focused roles.
- Strong understanding of operations and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented team player.
- Immediate availability preferred.
